Body Brushing: A wonderful way to detox your body, great for your lymph system, nervous and circulatory systems, dry body brushing is best done once a day to three times a week, preferably before taking a bath or shower. Using a loofah or natural bristle brush, and start at your feet. Brush toward the heart in circular movements for five minutes. Ever since Doctor Oz appeared on Oprah and extolled the many benefits of colon cleansers, even those of us who may never have considered doing one started wanting to know more about it. This is a smart move — because even though, like I said, it may not be something that you want to talk about your next cocktail party, the amazing benefits, including almost immediate weight loss, lower cholesterol, and lower blood-pressure, make colon cleansing something that any health-conscious person should seriously consider. But now this is the major problem with colon cleansing… Basically, most people believe that while a cleansing itself can be extremely beneficial, the products that some people use to try and give them a little boost very widely in terms of their quality.
